Over the years, I've completed several game projects which are freely available for download below.
Most of the files here are licensed under the MIT license and by downloading any of the them,
you agree to the terms of the license and/or copyrights included with the projects.
So don't sue my ass if your computer explodes.
Enjoy :)
Banding together with two other students from DigiPen, we set out to produce this networked strategy game based on an original gameplay concept.
The game uses RakNet and runs its display entirely in the Windows console.
Instructions to play are included with the downloadable files.
Starting my degree course in DigiPen Institute of Technology last year in 2008, my first semester’s project was a little more adventurous.
Grouped with 3 other students and using the school’s ProjectFUN design software and C++ as the coding language, we were able to produce an engaging 2d action platformer that blew the competition away. The game is copyrighted by DigiPen.
As another project for the diploma course, we were required to use C++ and QuickCG to produce an application to demonstrate our skills as programmers.
I felt the best way to do it in the stipulated time was to create Tetris! The game was created after two days of development work and proved to be a rather fruitful experience.
I sat through a Computer Games Technology diploma course for a short time and worked on Commando Defense using Multimedia Fusion (formerly Click N’ Create).
The game features run-and-gun platform gameplay mechanics where players have to defend against a horde of incoming soldiers. (NOTE: Intro movie is missing so just click past the 'file not found' error to play).
Having done several personal and freelance flash websites, I was contacted by Uberture, an event management company, to produce a flash game to promote Macdonald’s promotional Prawn Burger in Singapore.
Being the first flash game I would create, I stuck to a simple game mechanic and developed a fairly simple but entertaining game. Try it for yourself :)
This snake game was the very first game I created during my Junior College days. The game is coded entirely in C++ and uses the Windows console.
My first foray into game development proved to be a very rewarding and fulfilling experience and was the beginning on my pursuit for a career as a game programmer.
